On March 26, 2017, the City Council directed staff to set a public hearing to discuss the proposed amendments. The public hearing will be held on Monday, Mary 14, 2018 at 7:15 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at Alexandria City Hall, located at 704 Broadway.
The amendment deals with sections of the ordinance regarding the denial, suspension, and revocation of licenses as described in Section 4.34. The amendments also include the section of the ordinance relating to penalties for violating the ordinance.
The City Council will discuss, and may take action, on these amendments following the hearing on May 14.
