Second Reading on Ordinance Amending Section 9.21

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.21 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ALEXANDRIA PERTAINING TO ANIMAL NUISANCES

The City Council of the City of Alexandria does ORDAIN:

SECTION 1 That Section 9.21, Subdivision 5 of the Alexandria City Code be amended by the deletion of the words .. at night” from the second full sentence.

SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
