Important Notes:

  • Reservations accepted during normal season from April 1 - October 31
  • Reservation fees must be paid online no more than 48 hours from the time the request is submitted. Unpaid requests will be denied and your request will be cancelled.
  • Reservation fees are non-refundable
  • Shelter areas are to be cleaned up by reservation group
  • No alcoholic beverages allowed

Reservation Details

Reservations will be processed/confirmed at City Hall and will be forwarded to Parks and Facilities for posting at the designated park shelter once the payment has been received. There is a non-refundable reservation fee of $50.00 plus tax (S53.69) per day / per shelter. A link to the online payment processor as well as your reservation ID can be found in your email confirmation.

Reservation fee payment must be paid online no more than 48 hours after the online request is submitted. After this period, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

City Park has designated two shelter areas for the purpose of group reservations. Reservations can be made for the Upper Shelter or the Bandstand Gazebo which includes the Lower Shelter. All other facilities in the park are available on a first-come first-served basis.

The Upper Shelter is in the upper park area across from the pickleball courts. This shelter is semi-enclosed by a 3-foot block wall with countertop and includes 4 electrical outlets and 10 picnic tables.

The Bandstand Gazebo & Lower Shelter is in the lower park area and has electrical outlets on post and 11 picnic tables available.
