1.10. Administrative Search Warrants. If access to any part of a premises within the City of Alexandria has been refused and, upon a demonstration of probable cause to believe that there may be a violation of any applicable ordinance or law, or that there is a need to inspect and/or sample as part of an established inspection and/or sampling program designed to verify compliance any applicable ordinance or law or any order issued thereunder, or to protect the overall public health, safety, and welfare of the community, the City may seek an administrative search warrant from a court of competent jurisdiction.
