Second Reading of Ordinance Amending Section 5.09

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5.09 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ALEXANDRIA ALLOWING FOR DELAYED IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TOTAL CAPACITY LIMITS FOR OVERNIGHT GUESTS

 

The City Council of the City of Alexandria does ORDAIN:

SECTION I. That Section 5.09, Subd. 16 of the Alexandria City Code be amended by replacing the period at the end of the sentence with a comma, and by the addition of the following:

“except that the total capacity limits of overnight guests as set in Subd. 3.B.4.c shall not be implemented until January 1, 2020.”

SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
